Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Heavy duty Tire & Alignment Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive service and possess strong mechanical skills. Our shop focuses on 3/4 ton and up vehicles including semi trucks and trailers.
Responsibilities:
- Mount, balance, and rotate tires
- Perform tire repairs and replacements
- Conduct tire inspections to identify issues
- Assist with automotive repair and diagnostics as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Drives vehicle onto alignment rack, test vehicles for faulty wheel alignment, bent axle, worn ball joints and bent steering rods
- Straighten axles and steering rods, adjust shims, tire rods and joining pins to align wheels or install new parts
- Test Drive vehicles
- Communicates with Service writer immediately if additional work is needed, or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time.
Qualifications:
- CDL (Preferred)
- Experience in heavy lifting and physical work environments
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance practices
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and repair tools
- Previous experience as a mechanic or service technician is a plus
- Ability to align wheels and perform tire services efficiently
- Maintain clean driving record and be insurable with company insurance (Valid drivers license)
